Evaluation Reports. Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee will be given up to five calendar days after the interview to read, review, and sign the evaluation. Whenever practical, evaluation interviews will take place during the employee's regular working hours. Where the evaluation interview is held outside the employee's working hours, the employee will be paid at the appropriate rate of pay. Provision will be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it.
