DECORATION GUIDELINES. 1. Decorations shall not be placed, mounted or hung on the walls or ceiling. No stapling or tacking to the tables, chairs or walls. 2. Use provided hangers to put decorations on walls. 3. After event is over, decorations (confetti, balloons, string, streamers, etc.) must be removed from all allowed areas, including walls and tables. 4. Do not block any heating or air conditioning vents.

DECORATION GUIDELINES. Public Works Department must approve any and all alterations and/or decorations. • Furniture or equipment will not be brought into the facility without written approval from the Public Works Department. • The use of tacks, pins, nails, or any type of tape is not permitted on the walls, ceiling, light fixtures, or chandeliers. • Balloons must be kept on weights. If balloons are released and get caught in ceiling fans or rafters, cost of damages or time to remove them will be deducted from the deposit. • Check with the staff when renting the facility for clarification or any possible concerns with decorations.

Nails, tacks, staples, any type of tape – including command strips, and screws are prohibited. c. Real-burning candles and lanterns, dance wax and glitter are prohibited. d. DECORATION GUIDELINES.  No nails or abrasive adhesives can be used to hang decorations.  Use only dripless candles inside of buildings, and tea lights on outside porches. Renter assumes all liability of (initial) damages from candles including, damage from waxes, fire, or personal injury.  Trash must be gathered and taken off the Settlement premises. Dumpsters are conveniently located in Xxx Xxxxxx Park in picnic area with blue roof.  Kitchen must be left clean. Remember collect what is yours. We cannot store items for you on the premises.  Return anything moved to its original location. Tables and chairs should not be moved without permission.  Make sure tables & chairs are wiped off. (initial) Make sure floors/rugs swept thoroughly.
