Excess Inventory of Product Materials. Without limiting the foregoing, at the end of the term of each Product Addendum, as applicable, Customer will purchase any non-cancellable excess inventory of Product Materials, including any Materials used to support production for Customer, and any long lead time items (as specified in the applicable Product Addendum) previously procured by Brammer pursuant to a Binding Forecast that cannot be reasonably used by Brammer in its activities.

Excess Inventory of Product Materials. Without limiting the foregoing, in the event Customer provides a notice to Brammer to substitute a Substituted Product under Section 2.6, Customer will purchase any non-cancellable excess inventory of Product Materials for the then-current Product that cannot be used to Manufacture the Substituted Product, including any Product Materials used to support production for Customer, and any long lead time items (as specified in the Product Addendum) previously procured by Brammer pursuant to a Binding Forecast, provided that Brammer shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to minimize or otherwise mitigate the costs of such excess Product Materials (including by using such Product Materials for other products or returning such Product Materials).
