Exchange of Experts. The Company and LHT may develop an exchange program whereby personnel from each having expertise in engineering and aircraft engines may be exchanged on a part-time basis on mutually agreeable schedules, with the costs of each such exchange to be borne by the party employing such personnel and making the exchange. Each party participating in the exchange agrees to make reasonable office space, furnishings and telephone and telecopy facilities available to personnel exchanged by the other party during the term of the exchange. In addition, the Company and LHT hereby agree to be bound by the same confidentiality obligations agreed to by LHT in Article 3.2.3 hereof with respect to any confidential information exchanged between the parties under this Article 6.2.

Exchange of Experts. The Parties agree to exchange experts with a view to enhancing the objective of the MoU to boost the activities relating to standards, certification, research & statistics, capacity building, and exchange of information.
Exchange of Experts. Experts on secondment must be nationals of an ACP or EU country and may be sent from the public administration of a State signatory to the Cotonou Agreement or an international organisation or the private sector. Where possible, the secondment will be established within the framework of a reciprocal and simultaneous exchange with staff members of the Centre. The rules governing the said exchange shall be subject to a specific agreement between the Centre and the institution concerned.
Exchange of Experts. The sending Side shall provide all required information about the experts to be sent in due time. The receiving Side shall confirm its acceptance as soon as possible. The sending Side shall bear the international travel expenses. The receiving Side shall bear all other travelling costs arising from the activity of the experts on its territory. The Austrian Side offers the Serbian experts free accommodation and a daily allowance fixed in advance. The Serbian Side offers the Austrian experts free accommodation and a daily allowance in accordance with the national regulations. The two Sides assume that all persons sent within the scope of this working programme are sufficiently health and accident insured. If, in an exceptional case, this insurance cover should be insufficient, the receiving Side shall provide all urgently required medical care services (except dental care and treatment of chronic illnesses) free of charge. The extent of the medical care to be provided in either country shall correspond to the liability of the statutory general health insurance. In both countries, the scope of hospital care is limited to that of the general contribution category.
