Common use of EXCLUDED CLAUSES Clause in Contracts

EXCLUDED CLAUSES. Part-time employees are covered by all the terms of this Agreement except those for which eligibility is restricted to regular full-time employees or unless otherwise specified: Articles 17.04, Article 18 (save and except 18.03 and 18.05) and 22.04 will not apply to any part-time employees. In addition to the Articles excluded above, the following Articles shall not apply to casual part-time employees: 16.01, 20.02, 20.09, 20.09(A) and 21.05.
