EXCLUSION OF NON-RECOGNIZED ORGANIZATIONS. For the purposes of this section, the provisions of Section 1.00 of this Agreement shall be construed to limit the Member's right of selection of a representative to the extent that agents or any other employee organization, which is not party to this Agreement, are specifically excluded from so acting. In those cases where a Member elects to represent himself or arranges for other representation, the Association shall have the right to participate in the resolution procedure for the purpose of protecting the interest of its Members in negotiated conditions of employment.
