Exclusive Purposes for Data Use. Student/teacher/parent data is used only to provide students, teachers and parents the possibility to access and use the 99math platform (i.e. to create a personal user account). The purpose of the 99math platform is to provide an interactive web-based math game. Data is also collected when it is necessary to protect the technical resilience of 00xxxx.xxx and the safety and security of its users.

The measures that Autodesk takes to protect student data and teacher and principal data aligns with industry best practices including but not limited to, disk encryption, file encryption, firewalls, and password protection. Data encryption is employed at least to the extent required by Education Law Section 2-D.
