EXECUTION OF OFFER. Proposer must complete, sign and return the attached Execution of Offer (ref. Appendix One, Section 2) as part of its proposal. The Execution of Offer must be signed by a representative of Proposer duly authorized to bind the Proposer to its proposal. Any proposal received without a completed and signed Execution of Offer may be rejected by UNTS, in its sole discretion.
EXECUTION OF OFFER. A signed and submitted Proposal constitutes an offer to Contract with AISD to provide the goods and/or perform the services specified in this RFP. The District shall have no contractual obligation to any Proposer, nor will any Proposer have any property interest or other right in the contract or Work being proposed unless and until the Contract is executed and delivered by all parties, a Purchase Order is issued pursuant to that Contract, and all conditions to commencement of the Contract have been fulfilled by the Vendor.
