EXISTENCE, ORDER AND CONTENTS OF REEMPLOYMENT LISTS a. Except as provided in this section, no employee, person or other entity shall be authorized to grieve, dispute or otherwise challenge the failure of the County to establish a County-wide reemployment list or departmental reemployment list required by this article, the establishment of a County-wide reemployment list or departmental reemployment list prohibited by this article, the order of persons set forth on County-wide reemployment lists, the failure to place persons thereon as required by this article, or the erroneous omission of personnel therefrom in violation of this article.
