Existing Households. All existing tenants on a single lease who occupy an Existing Market Rate Unit on Treasure Island or Yerba Buena Island on the qualifying date that will be set forth in the DDA (the "Qualifying Date") are considered “Existing Households.” Existing Households will be provided a priority option to buy or rent a new home on Treasure Island or Yerba Buena Island and will have access to relocation resources provided by government agencies and TICD as described below, provided their lease is active and in good standing on the Qualifying Date and they continue to maintain their lease in good standing thereafter. Relocation assistance will be provided under applicable law including, without limitation, the California Community Redevelopment Law. Tenants who begin their occupancy of the Existing Housing units after the Qualifying Date will be notified of the development plans and project schedule as they are negotiating their leases, including the planned deconstruction of the Existing Housing units. These tenants will not be given priority for the selection of new housing units on Treasure Island or Yerba Buena Island, nor will they be given priority for access to affordable units on the Islands.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.

The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • WATERBEDS The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises. ☐ - Shall not have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises.
