Exit entitlement. 14.1. In this clause 14 and where the context permits elsewhere in this Contract, a reference to the ‘Resident’ includes a reference to a person, other than the Scheme Operator, who entered into this Contract for the purpose of giving someone else a right to reside in the Retirement Village.
