Common use of Exit Interviews Clause in Contracts

Exit Interviews. Upon an employee's resignation or retirement, he shall be afforded the opportunity for an interview with the City Administrator and the Chief of Police and/or either of their designees. The purpose of this interview shall be to allow the employee to express reasons for separation and his views on the operation of the Police Department. A copy will be provided to the union upon request.
