Exit surveys. An exit survey will follow professional learning days. The survey and raw data will be available and open to all staff. The data from these surveys will inform adjustments and topics for upcoming professional learning days. A minimum of one hour of each professional learning day will be allocated for professional learning communities. When it’s not possible to provide the PLC time on the allocated day, the time will be made-up in one-hour increments at a subsequent professional learning day. ESAs, specialists, special programs, and CTE will collaborate with their principal/evaluator regarding the PLC they meet with on professional learning days. Final arrangements must be approved by the evaluator/principal.
