Expedited Grievance Procedure for Conflict of Interest. ‌ A Grievance alleging a violation of Conflict of Interest (Article 21) will be heard at Step 1 by the Xxxxxxx or representative no more than seven (7) Days after it has been filed. The Xxxxxxx or representative will issue a Step 1 decision no more than seven (7) Days after the Step 1 meeting.
