DAY SERVICE. (Specific written job descriptions will be developed for each day person’s position. The tasks below are meant only to serve as guidelines.)
1. At least twice daily check men’s and women’s washrooms for paper stock replacement. Wipe down and clean all lavatory tops and fixtures. Police restroom to prevent paper/trash on floor. Report to Management Office any problems.
2. Vacuuming of elevator cabs will be performed at least three (3) times daily. All smudges, fingerprints to be removed from metal surfaces at same time vacuuming is done.
3. There will be a constant surveillance of the lobby, courtyard and sidewalk areas to insure cleanliness. All sand urns will be sifted at least three (3) times daily and sand stamped. Damp mop where necessary all spills/water. Dust mop as required. Remove fingerprints from door glass and metal surfaces at least three (3) times daily. Clean trash from tree grates and planters.
4. The first floor exterior side of all retail glass will be maintained as needed. Retail door glass will be spot cleaned at least once daily.
DAY SERVICE. 1. At least once daily, check men’s and women’s washrooms for cleanliness and supplies.
2. As needed, supply toilet tissue, facial tissue, soap, paper towels in men’s and women’s washrooms and sanitary napkins in women’s washroom.
3. As needed, empty trash, clean mirrors, stainless and counter tops and sweep floors in men’s and women’s washrooms.
4. As needed, vacuuming of elevator cabs will be performed.
5. Empty and clean all ash trays, screen all sand urns and supply and replace sand as necessary.
6. Perform constant surveillance of public areas to insure cleanliness.
DAY SERVICE. A. At least once a day, check men's washrooms for soap, towels, tissues, etc., wipe out basins and dry mop floors.
B. At least once a day, check ladies' washrooms for soap, towels, tissues, sanitary napkins and wipe out wash basins and dry mop floors.
C. Landlord shall supply toilet tissue in both men's and women's rooms and sanitary napkins in coin dispensers (which are the property of the Landlord) in the women's rooms.
D. Dispose of used towels during the day, as necessary.

DAY SERVICE. Day services shall be rendered five (5) days each week, Monday through Friday, excluding only such holidays upon which the building is closed. CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish sufficient day porters, one of whom shall be a working supervisor, to perform the following duties and any additional duties which may be directed by the AGENT. A Xxxxxx shall be assigned to premises on Saturday while the building is open. CONTRACTOR also agrees to provide sufficient xxxxxx for tenant work, which in no way will delete from building staff, unless approved by AGENT. Duties of Day Porters and Day Matron A sufficient xxxxxx staff shall be assigned to perform the following services and any additional chores as directed by building management: Police lobby area and sidewalk, picking up all foreign matter on sight. Operate service elevator, as directed. Police and maintain elevator cabs, including floors, as required. If carpeted floors in elevators, cabs are to be vacuumed at least twice a day and spots are to be removed, as required. If floors are of a resilient tile, clean, buff and wax as required. Police all lavatories a minimum of twice a day, morning and afternoon. Wipe clean all sinks, glass, and powder shelves. Check and fill, as necessary, in all lavatories, toilet tissue, soap, towel and sanitary dispensers; materials to be furnished by CONTRACTOR. Monies from same collected by CONTRACTOR. Clean basement, including all levels below first floor, corridors and utility areas. Police employee's locker rooms so they are kept in a clean condition at all times. Sweep, vacuum, remove gum and hose building entrance sidewalks and all sidewalk areas daily before 8:00 a.m. All equipment, including vacuum and washing equipment to clean sidewalks, shall be provided by CONTRACTOR and such equipment to be of a type and manufacturer as approved by the AGENT. Set out weather mats in inclement weather and keep in clean condition. Police roof and set backs daily. Clean as necessary. Keep entrance door glass and frames in clean condition. Clean and polish standpipes and sprinkler siamese connections, as necessary. Wipe down outside tenant signage daily. Properly maintain exterior of the building at ground level, including all metal work and signs, and store fronts, if required to be maintained by AGENT.
