Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

It is clarified that any shipping fee or other related fee levied by Simsim in relation to logistic services for shipping of its Products, shall solely be accounted as Simsim’s revenue and the Merchant shall have no claim over the same.

Eligible products selected for FedEx shipping will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order date. If an item is not readily available in stock to ship, your selling dealership will contact you. Some items will require pickup (due to weight and dimension restrictions) at your dealer of choice. Please understand once a puppy leaves our hands with a shipping method, we are NO longer responsible for that puppy. If an issue should arise, you are required to contact the shipper/shipping method you chose for refund/reimbursment or legal ramifications of said puppy. You release the Seller, Green Xxxxx Bulldogs and its affiliates from any legal liability of said puppy once it leaves our hands and goes into a shippers hands (regardless if its an airline or personal ground shipper).
