Expenditure on Safety Requirements. 12.2.1 All costs and expenses arising out of or relating to health, safety and quality management requirements (including any safety and quality assurance requirements set forth under the SFM Agreement or any Applicable Law) shall be borne by the Facility Manager, and Authority and the MOR and/ or Railway Administration shall not have any liability in this regard.
