Experienced Retail Clients. Clients that score high marks in our Appropriateness test, demonstrating satisfactory knowledge and experience in trading in complex financial instruments like CFDs; Experienced Retail Clients can trade with a variable leverage ratio which cannot exceed 1:30 subject to the caps that we may apply based on our internal principles of risk appetite and tolerance. We reserve the right to introduce additional leverage levels up to the cap of 1:30.
Experienced Retail Clients. Clients that, based on the information provided during their account opening, they possess a certain level of knowledge and experience in trading in complex financial instruments like CFDs and to whom trading is enabled only after they can demonstrate that they have familiarised themselves with trading leveraged instruments and they have receive relevant education and extensive risk warnings which they acknowledge, accept and consent to. Such Clients may be offered a demo account for a certain period of time before opening a real trading account after which they may be required to retake the appropriateness test.

These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk. Holder has experience as an investor in securities of companies in the development stage and acknowledges that Holder can bear the economic risk of such Holder’s investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that Holder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and/or has a preexisting personal or business relationship with the Company and certain of its officers, directors or controlling persons of a nature and duration that enables Holder to be aware of the character, business acumen and financial circumstances of such persons.

  • PROFESSIONAL DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS A. For Dues paying members, The District shall deduct one-twelfth (1/12) of dues and representation fee from the regular salary check of the unit member each month for twelve (12) months. Deductions for unit members who begin paid service after the commencement of the school year shall be prorated based on percentage of employment. Unit members serving one-half time paid service or less shall pay one-half of the dues and representation fee.
