Expiry of Permit Sample Clauses

Expiry of Permit. In the event that the Company has not commenced construction of the approved Work associated with a particular Permit within one (1) full year of the date of issuance of the Permit, and has not sought and received an extension to the Permit from the Municipality, which extension shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Permit shall be null and void. In such circumstances, any fees paid by the Company in respect of the expired Permit shall not be refunded and the Company must obtain a new Permit for the Work.

Expiry of Permit. Any Permit issued pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically expire after two hundred (200) calendar days from the date of issuance if the Attaching Utility fails to make an Attachment.
