Expiry period. Insofar not determined otherwise in these general conditions, the Client’s right of action, which also applies vis-à-vis the Contractor in connection with the performance of the activities by the Contractor, shall be forfeited in any case after one year after the time which the Client learned or could have reasonably learned of the existence of these rights.
Expiry period. Market Maker may refrain from submitting Post-Only Quotes during these periods, as described below, for any particular Contract, just prior to expiry of that Contract (“Expiry Period”). A Market Maker that chooses to submit Post-Only Quotes during an Expiry Period will be required to comply with the Defined Spread and Defined Size requirements as set forth in Appendix A.
a. The five (5) minute period just prior to expiry of any Event Contract;
b. the two (2) minute period just prior to expiry of any Intraday, Daily, or Weekly Contract, with the exception of the Intraday 5-Minute and 20- Minute, and Touch Bracket Contracts;
c. the one (1) minute period just prior to the expiry of any Intraday 5-Minute or Intraday 20-Minute Contract; and
d. the thirty (30) second period just prior to the expiry of any Weekly Touch Bracket Contract.
Expiry period. 1. All mutual claims arising from this Agreement and such claims that are associated with this contractual relationship will lapse if they are not enforced in writing to the relevant contracting party (§ 126 b of the German Civil Code [BGB]) within six months of their due date. The limitation period does not apply: (1) to liability based on intent, (2) to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or (3) to claims of the contracting party that are legally exempt from a limitation period (such as under MiLoG).
2. If the other party refuses to assert the claim within the time limit, the claim lapses if it is not enforced in court within three months of the refusal.
3. If the other party does not make a statement within one month following the assertion of the claim, the claim lapses if it is not enforced in court within three months after expiry of this one-month period.
Expiry period. Legal actions must be brought within 1 (one) year after the timely complaint, at the risk of such a claim lapsing.
Expiry period. Rights of action and other rights of the Client, for whatever reason, shall lapse vis-à-vis the Contractor in connection with the performance of work by the Contractor at least one year after the date the Client became aware or could reasonably be aware of the existence of such rights and powers.

Expiry period. 1. Contrary to the statutory limitation periods, the limitation period for all claims and defenses of the Client is one year to the Contractor.
Expiry period. 1. Every right of the consumer to compensation from Entrepreneur shall, in any case, expire within 12 months after the event from which the liability arises directly or indirectly. This does not exclude the provisions in article 6:89 Dutch Civil Code.
Expiry period. 1. If not mentioned in the agreement, an expiry period of three (3) months applies to maintenance of all products.
2. The maintenance referred to in paragraph 1 takes place at the expense of the client, unless expressly agreed otherwise in Assignment.

To the extent not otherwise provided in these General Terms and Conditions, claims and other powers of the Customer on any grounds whatsoever against Xxxxxxx in connection with the performance of work shall in any event expire one year after the moment the Customer became aware or could reasonably have become aware of the existence of these rights and powers.
