Expiry Period definition

Expiry Period means the 25th anniversary of the SCOD of the Project;
Expiry Period means the date of expiry of the PPA, which shall not be earlier than the 25 (twenty-five) Operational Years from the COD, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Expiry Period means the date occurring twenty-five (25) years from the Commercial Operation Date subject to that the supply of power shall be limited for a period of 25 years from the COD unless extended by the parties as per this Agreement.

  • A Market Maker that chooses to submit Post-Only Quotes during an Expiry Period will be required to comply with the Defined Spread and Defined Size requirements as set forth in Appendix A.

  • After the expiration of the Expiry Period, all rights thereunder shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrants shall be void and of no further force and effect.

  • You will have no claim over any earnings from this nor are you entitled to any compensation in exchange therefore over this period If we exercise our rights under this provision, and if you do not contact us to pay for and renew the domain prior to the end of the Expiry Period, you agree that you have abandoned the domain and you relinquish any and all rights that you may have had to the domain to us other than the rights that we provide to you in this Agreement.

  • Before and during the Expiry Period you may renew the domain by paying the regular renewal fees.

  • Where eHealth Ontario sends such a Dormant Account Notice for an Inactive Account a Reactivation Notice is not received by eHealth Ontario from Client within the Ninety-Day Expiry Period, the Inactive Account, will be Disabled after the Ninety-Day Expiry Period.

  • Where eHealth Ontario sends such a Dormant Account Notice for a Non-Activated Account and a Reactivation Notice, in accordance section 5.2 below, is not received from Client by eHealth Ontario within the Thirty-Day Expiry Period, the Non-Activated Account may be Deleted by eHealth Ontario after the Thirty-Day Expiry Period.

  • If at any time during the Expiry Period the number of authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock shall not be sufficient to permit exercise of this Warrant, the Company will take such corporate action as may, in the opinion of its counsel, be necessary to increase its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock (or other securities as provided herein) to such number of shares as shall be sufficient for such purposes.

Related to Expiry Period

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Expiry Time means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the Expiry Date;
