Expiry Period definition

Expiry Period means the date of expiry of the PPA, which shall not be earlier than the 25 (twenty-five) Operational Years from the COD, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

Related to Expiry Period

  • Expiry means expiry of this Agreement by efflux of time. “Expiry Date” means the date on which Expiry occurs.
