Extended Attack. In the event that an incident goes past the mutual aid period, the agencies involved shall agree on the resources needed to meet the overall suppression objectives. All resource needs will be ordered and tracked by a single designated dispatch center that will be determined at the time of the incident.
Extended Attack. Extended attack incidents are those which will not be contained in the first burning period and may require resources beyond that available for initial attack. “
Extended Attack. Wildland fires in the judgment of COUNTY that (1) cannot be contained within 2 hours from report of fire; and/or (2) require additional COUNTY resources which exceed the first and second alarm initial attack response level; and/or and (3) cannot be controlled within the first burning period.

  • Duration of the contract This contract becomes effective on , and will continue in effect for 365 days from the above date.   • Length of Agreement Your service from Energy Harbor will commence with the next available meter reading following the applicable seven (7) day rescission period, the acceptance of the enrollment request by Energy Harbor, and the processing of the enrollment by your EDU. Your service will continue for the length of the service period as specified in your offer materials from Energy Harbor. In the event that any change in any statute, rule, regulation, order, law, or tariff promulgated by any court, governmental authority, utility, Independent System Operator (“ISO”), Regional Transmission Organization (“RTO”) or other service provider, or any change in operating procedure, alters to the detriment of Energy Harbor its costs to perform under this Agreement, you may receive a notification from Energy Harbor. This notification will include a description of one or more of the situations described above. Energy Harbor may offer you new Terms and Conditions. You must indicate your affirmative consent to the new Terms and Conditions as specified in the notices. If you do not contact Energy Harbor to accept the new terms, this Agreement will terminate on the date specified in the notices, and you may be returned to your EDU for Retail Electric Service. Alternatively, Energy Harbor may decide to terminate this Agreement, and you will receive prior written notice of the termination, after which you may be returned to your EDU for Retail Electric Service. Whether Energy Harbor offers you new terms or terminates this Agreement under this provision, you will not be responsible for the cancellation/termination fee (if any) set forth in the table above. You must still pay all Energy Harbor charges through the date you are returned to your EDU or switched to another CRES provider for service. Billing: You will receive a consolidated bill monthly from your EDU for both your Energy Harbor and EDU charges. Energy Harbor does not offer budget billing. If you do not pay your bill by the due date, Energy Harbor may cancel this Agreement after giving you a minimum of fourteen (14) days written notice. Upon cancellation you will be returned to your EDU as a customer. You will remain responsible to pay Energy Harbor for any electricity used before this Agreement is cancelled, as well as any late payment and early termination charges. Energy Harbor reserves the right to convert you from consolidated billing to dual billing if such a conversion will facilitate more timely billing, collections, and/or payment. Furthermore, your failure to pay EDU charges may result in your electric service being disconnected in accordance with the EDU tariff. Penalties, Fees and Exceptions: Your EDU may charge you switching fees. If you do not pay the full amount owed Energy Harbor by the due date of the bill, Energy Harbor may charge a 1.5% per month late payment fee.

  • Length of Leave Birth Mother A pregnant employee shall be entitled to up to seventeen (17) consecutive weeks of maternity leave and up to thirty-five (35) consecutive weeks of parental leave, all without pay. The parental leave must immediately follow the maternity leave. In the event the birth mother dies or is totally disabled, an employee who is the father of the child shall be entitled to both maternity and parental leave without pay.

  • Extended Warranty If the Quote includes an extended warranty, the extended warranty coverage period warranty will be for a 5-year term, which includes the hardware manufacturer’s warranty plus the 4-year extended term.

  • Duration of this Agreement The Term of this Agreement shall be as specified in Schedule A hereto.

  • Participating State Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Master Agreement terms and conditions.
