Dispatch Services. Any commercial insurance shall provide at least general liability for $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence.
Dispatch Services provide fire department 9-1-1 emergency dispatch by CAL FIRE Fire/Emergency Command Center (ECC). CAL FIRE will be responsible for fire/emergency dispatching emergency resource units covered under this agreement. The CAL FIRE ECC is staffed with a Battalion Chief, three or more Fire Captains and Communications Operators to provide 24/7 year-round coverage. There is always an officer of Captain rank or higher to serve as the shift supervisor and command officer. CAL FIRE uses an integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system using the latest technology, to direct the closest available resources to all emergency incidents.
Dispatch Services. The term “Dispatch Services” means all services necessary for the Collin County Sheriff’s Office to receive calls for law enforcement service within the City’s jurisdiction and to dispatch the City’s law enforcement personnel in response to such calls.
Dispatch Services. (a) The Authority shall provide County with Ranger dispatch services as described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto (“Description of Dispatch Services”) utilizing Authority’s state of the art dispatch facilities located in the City of Seal Beach. The Ranger dispatch services provided by Authority to County shall include a police tactical spectrum.
(b) The Authority shall provide access to and share its radio telecommunications infrastructure and facilities with County in connection with Ranger dispatch services provided by Authority to County.
Dispatch Services a. Initial and Extended Attack: Fire dispatching for fires on land protected by agencies will comply with the following:
i. Resources will be dispatched using the closest force(s) concept. Pre- planned response plans will be utilized to guide this process.
ii. The responsibility for management of the incident will fall to the most qualified initial attack supervisor on the first resource to arrive at the scene. Individual will remain as Incident Commander until released of these duties by the jurisdictional agency.
iii. Agencies are responsible to provide information and assistance to each other in a timely manner, for proper completion of the fire reports.
iv. In the event of an extended attack or when incident management teams are in command of an incident, dispatch actions for that incident will be conducted through the jurisdictional agency, unless the jurisdictional agency delegates otherwise.
b. Mobilization, Demobilization and Support: addressed on the Northwest Coordination Center and Northern Rockies Interagency Coordination Center websites.
c. Aviation: addressed on the Northwest Coordination Center and Northern Rockies Interagency Coordination Center websites.
d. Prescribed Fire (if applicable): addressed on the Northwest Coordination Center and Northern Rockies Interagency Coordination Center websites. WASHINGTON STATEWIDE 2021-2024 OPERATING PLAN
e. All Hazard (law Enforcement, Natural Disaster, etc., as appropriate): addressed on the Northwest Coordination Center and Northern Rockies Interagency Coordination Center websites.
Dispatch Services. 1.1 The City agrees to provide dispatching services for Agency’s fire department apparatus, and vehicles for emergency responses within that Agency’s jurisdiction.
1.2 Any request by the Agency for the support of a planned event or other activities that will require additional personnel or resources beyond the standard service provided by the City will be evaluated for the impact to the system. If, after evaluation, it is determined that the request will have a negative impact on standard operations and will require additional personnel or materials to adequately support the request, the requesting Agency will be responsible for all costs. A thirty (30) day notice is required for any request for support of a planned event.
1.3 Pursuant to this Agreement and as a condition of participation, Agency is required to participate in the Regional Metropolitan Phoenix Fire Service Automatic Aid Agreement, or participate in a Mutual Aid Agreement with neighboring jurisdictions, and agrees to comply with all requirements of those respective agreements.
1.4 Pursuant to this Agreement and as a condition of participation, Agency agrees to conform to the Phoenix Regional Standard Operating Procedures also known as Volume II made available as described in Exhibit B.
Dispatch Services. Agency will perform (or cause to be performed) and provide public safety dispatch services for and on behalf of the Users, including, without limitation, the following (collectively, the “Dispatch Services”): (a) 24-hour per day answering of emergency telephone lines, including, without limitation, 9-1-1 calls for fire, police, and emergency medical service requests; (b) radio communications with responders regarding emergency and routine matters; (c) such other services designated by the IGC necessary to carry out Agency’s purposes under Section 2.2; and (d) those dispatching and other services for public safety purposes as set forth in Exhibit B. Agency will perform the Dispatch Services on a 24-hour per day, seven days a week basis. Agency will provide the Dispatch Services in accordance with SOPs.
Dispatch Services. Should Berlin PD choose to implement any fee for dispatching service, then those fees would be added to the monthly cost in this section due from the CITY.
Dispatch Services. The County will provide central receipt of emergency calls, dispatching of units per the dispatch protocol as established through the CCC, and voice radio communications.

ii. The responsibility for management of the incident will fall to the most qualified initial attack supervisor on the first resource to arrive at the scene. Individual will remain as Incident Commander until released of these duties by the protecting or Jurisdictional Agency.
iii. Agencies are responsible to provide information and assistance to each other in a timely manner, for proper completion of the fire reports.
iv. In the event of an extended attack or when incident management teams are in command of an incident, dispatch actions for that incident will be conducted through the Jurisdictional Agency, unless the Jurisdictional Agency delegates otherwise.
b. Mobilization, Demobilization and Support: Addressed on the Northern Rockies Interagency Coordination Center website. The NRCC Center Manager has been delegated the authority to support and move resources within the NRGA and between geographic areas in support of preparedness, severity, and wildland needs.
