Common use of Extended Health Care and Drug Plan Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Care and Drug Plan. The Plan will cover semi-private hospital care, out of country coverage, and hearing aids to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) every five (5) years. A drug card will be issued to plan participants and shall cover ninety percent (90%) of the cost of prescription drugs.
