Extended Health/Vision. a) The University shall maintain an Extended Health Plan. For eligible employees the University shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for the following benefits: BC Medical Insurance Extended Health Care Benefits (80% Co-insurance for Drugs, Vision Care, Paramedical and Professional Services; 100% Co-insurance for Emergency Out-of-Country/Travel Insurance). Dental Care (100% Basic and Supplementary basic; 50% Major, Supplementary Major and Orthodontics) - for the employee spouse and dependent children. Term Life Insurance of two times annual salary in the event of Employee's death, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment of two times (2X) annual salary.
