Extension of Time Limit for Arbitration. If a review of part of the decision of the Chancellor is requested pursuant to the State Universities Civil Service System rules, the time period within which the appeal to arbitration must be submitted for other issues in the Chancellor’s decision will be extended to thirty (30) calendar days after the Civil Service System’s review is completed.

Extension of Time Limit for Arbitration. If review of a part of a decision of the Director of Human Relations and University Equal Opportunity is requested pursuant to State Universities Civil Service System rules, the time within which arbitration of other questions in the decision of the Director of Human Relations and University Equal Opportunity is extended to thirty (30) calendar days after said review is completed.

  • Request for Arbitration Either party may request such arbitration. Stanford and ***** will mutually agree in writing on a third-party arbitrator within 30 days of the arbitration request. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and nonappealable and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
