External evaluations. If any of the grant has been awarded to fund an evaluation of the grant by an independent consultant, you must consult Comic Relief at least one month in advance regarding the selection of the consultant and the draft terms of reference and you must ensure that the consultant seeks Comic Relief's input into the evaluation.

IBCTI Evaluation: There was one overall (including ACDI/VOCA and all other IPs) formal external ‘final’ evaluation conducted of ICAP in mid 2006, with report submission in November 2006.
