Common use of Extra Unpaid Vacation Clause in Contracts

Extra Unpaid Vacation. On request an employee shall qualify for an extra twenty (20) working days' unpaid vacation, not to be accumulated, after the first five (5) years of service, and a further twenty (20) working days' unpaid vacation for each subsequent period of three (3) years after the first five (5) year period; such vacation shall be taken without loss of benefits in accordance with this collective agreement. Scheduling shall be as set out in Article 19.06 -
