Common use of Eye Glasses Clause in Contracts

Eye Glasses. The Company agrees to reimburse employees two hundred ($200.00) dollars every two (2) years towards the cost of prescription glasses.

Effective July 26th, 2009 – The Company agrees to reimburse employees two hundred ($200.00) dollars every two (2) years towards the cost of prescription glasses.
