Eye Tracking. If eye tracking services or user testing services are utilised the Company will always ensure electronic equipment is in reasonable working order. The Company cannot accept liability for any issues with the eye tracking equipment or software as these are produced by a third party.

Eye Tracking. Of significant relevance to the subject of video data is the subject of eye tracking. This field is not solely devoted to the science of eye tracking (it is often simplified to this) as it also includes subject areas such as face recognition, glance analysis and sleep measures amongst others. On the whole, the use of eye-tracker equipment is relatively specialised and the analy- ses of the generated data can be somewhat complex and time-consuming. Neverthe- less, if the study objectives specifically involve in-depth determination of visual behav- iour during the driving task, then such equipment should be considered since robust results can be produced. An alternative and simple method of analysing visual behaviour within the vehicle is to carefully monitor and code high quality video footage of the driver’s face. Analysis of the footage by trained analysts allows coding of a wide range of behaviours. This can include gesture, mood, glance, sleepiness metrics and additional tasks such as eating or mobile phone use. This technique relies on the availability of ‘man hours’ and good training. However, the footage will need to be viewed by trained analysts in order to ex- tract the best quality data. Analysis of video data is somewhat limited for in-depth de- termination of visual behaviour.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC.   • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise.   • System Monitoring to ensure safe and continuous operation, the Customer must monitor key services and resource use as recommended by Deswik, and provide Deswik with details of monitoring and any relevant alerts as needed.   • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
