F inal Disbursement. The final Disbursement shall be the payment of any monies retained as set forth in this Borrower Loan Agreement. Subject to the provisions of this Borrower Loan Agreement, the final Disbursement shall be made only after Borrower has satisfied the conditions of Section 5.3 hereof and delivered or caused to be delivered to Funding Lender in addition to those required under Section 8.2 hereof, such additional endorsements or such additional policies of title insurance with endorsements thereto as Funding Lender may require, with a liability limit of not less than the aggregate principal amount of the Borrower Notes, issued by Title Insurer, with coverage and in form satisfactory to Funding Lender, insuring Funding Lender's interest under the Trust Deed as a first lien on the Property, excepting only such items as shall have been approved in writing by Funding Lender. However, Funding Lender may withhold the final Disbursement until Borrower has furnished Funding Lender with the written approval of such final Disbursement by Title Insurer and the surety on any bond required by Funding Lender.

F inal Disbursement. When the Borrower submits to the Administration the final Request for Disbursement, the Borrower shall submit to the Administration evidence, in form and substance acceptable to the Administration, that the Project is completed.

See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.

  • Land Acquisition Disbursement To initiate the purchase of the Land, the Recipient must first complete and submit a written Request to Proceed to the Director prior to Closing. The Request to Proceed must name the proposed Title Agent and must indicate the amount of Funds requested from the OPWC for the land acquisition, including expected settlement costs, based upon the participation ratio and the amount of funds expected from any Matching Funds. The Request to Proceed must contain as attachments: (a) a copy of the proposed Deed Restrictions; (b) a copy of the executed purchase agreement with respect to, or such other agreement to convey an interest in, the Land between the Recipient and the Land owner; (c) a copy of the performed appraisal according to the specifications provided by the Director; (d) evidence satisfactory to the Director that Recipient will acquire marketable title to the Land at Closing; and (d) if the Recipient desires to elect the pre-closing option described below (i) a copy of the signed escrow agreement among Recipient, Title Agent and the OPWC, executed by Recipient and Title Agent, substantially in the form of Appendix F of this Agreement (the "Escrow Agreement") and (ii) if the Title Agent is an agent for a title insurance company, rather than a title company itself, a closing protection letter issued by the title insurance company to the OPWC. Funds for land acquisition shall be disbursed to the Recipient, as part of a grant to the Recipient pursuant to Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27, pursuant to the pre-closing option and/or the reimbursement option, as described in subsections 5(a) and 5(b), respectively.

  • Disbursement Procedure (a) The Borrower may request Additional Disbursements of the Additional Loans during the Availability Period by delivering to IFC, at least 10 Business Days prior to the proposed date of disbursement, an Additional Disbursement request substantially in the form of Schedule 2.

  • Current Borrowing A statement of current borrowing against lending limits and terms including review and renewal dates (including overdrafts, loans and mortgages). Disclosure of any material changes to the borrowing potential of the organisation, bank overdraft facility etc.

  • Revolving Loans The Borrower shall repay to the Lenders on the Maturity Date the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans outstanding on such date.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.
