– FAA Airport Traffic Control Tower. (ATCT), Airspace, and Approach Procedures Consultant will summarize and depict the latest available information for ATCT, controlled and uncontrolled airspace, airport traffic patterns and procedures, TERPS/Part 77 Airspace, and visual and instrument approach procedures:  Area Airspace Review ‐ Consultant will review area airspace issues and overlapping IAPs in addition to historic ATCT regional solutions and previous discussions involving Bend Municipal Airport and the Central Oregon.  FAA Contract Tower Program Overview ‐ Consultant will prepare an overview of the status of the Contract Tower Program as it relates to an air traffic solution for the Bend Municipal Airport. The consultant will also prepare an overview of the effect of the new benefit cost model being developed by the FAA’s Aviation Policy and Plans group and how that might affect Bend’s efforts to provide improved airport traffic services. The information presented will be used for future decisions to be made during the facility goals and requirements and development alternatives.  Remote ATC Opportunities – Consultant will provide a summary of current remote tower opportunities that may be applicable at the Bend Airport and Central Oregon. The information presented will be used for future decisions to be made during the facility goals and requirements and development alternatives.  Controlled & Uncontrolled Airspace – Consultant will summarize and depict Airport airspace.  Traffic Patterns – Consultant will summarize and depict existing traffic patterns and aircraft operating procedures.  TERPS – Consultant will summarize and depict an analysis of existing TERPS surfaces and any obstructions. AGIS data will be used if available for the preliminary analysis, then incorporated into the final ALP drawing set.  PART 77 Airspace – Consultant will summarize and depict an analysis of existing FAR Part 77 surfaces and any existing obstructions. AGIS data will be used if available for the preliminary analysis, then incorporated into the final ALP drawing set.  Approach Procedures – Consultant will summarize and depict existing instrument approach procedures.   • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Terminating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.
