FAA Certifications. (a) Prior to the issuance of the Notice to Proceed(“NTP”), SPONSOR shall complete and submit to the DEPARTMENT all applicable Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Sponsor's certifications. SPONSOR shall comply with all requirements where necessary and as required therein.
(b) Prior to Contract closeout, SPONSOR shall complete and submit to the DEPARTMENT all applicable closeout documentation. SPONSOR shall comply with all requirements where necessary and as required therein.
FAA Certifications. The Company is, and at all times will be a "Citizen of the United States" as defined in Section 40102(a)(15) of 490 U.S.C., an air carrier as to which the provisions of Section 1110 of the United States Bankruptcy Code apply, and an air carrier certificated under Sections 41102(a) and 44705 of 49 U.S.C.
