Closeout Documentation. Within 30 days after obtainment of Substantial Completion and before final payment, Construction Manager shall gather and deliver to Owner all warranty documentation, all manufacturer’s product and warranty literature, all manuals (including parts and technical manuals), all schematics and handbooks, and all as-built drawings.
Closeout Documentation. Developer shall provide all Closeout Documentation, which shall include the following, without limitation: 20.2.3.4.1. Closeout Documentation. 3.9.1.5. CMR’s Master Project Schedule shall show the sequence, duration in calendar or working days, and interdependence of activities required for the complete performance of all Work. The schedule shall show milestones, including milestones for Judicial Council-furnished information, and shall include activities for Judicial Council-furnished equipment and furniture when those activities are interrelated with the CMR’s activities. The transmittal provided with the Master Project Schedule shall state whether the durations are in work days or calendar days.

Closeout Documentation. Buyer will not require any contract closeout procedures or any forms that have not been provided to and specifically accepted in writing by Seller prior to signature of the Agreement.
