COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. The Parties shall promptly and fully comply with all existing and future Governmental Rules as applicable to the activities covered by this ESA, including, as to Competitive Supplier, all applicable Renewable Energy Standards.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. All items supplied on this Contract shall comply with any current applicable safety or regulatory standards or codes, to include Federal, State, local, DOT, etc.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. 17.1 The Contractor shall, in connection with any Work provided by the Contractor hereunder, comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, codes, permits, licenses, authorizations, and orders of any governmental body, agency, authority, or court having jurisdiction over the Company or the supply of the Work (“Laws”),
17.2 In connection with any Work provided by the Contractor hereunder, the Contractor shall and shall provide that its Subcontractors, agents, and representatives shall, at all times: 1) strictly comply with the Company’s safety and environmental standards, rules, regulations, directives, and procedures, including, without limitation, Company’s Contractor Safety Requirements and Contractor Environmental Requirements, and with any and all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws, rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances related to employee and public health, safety, and/or the environment (as in force upon the date of the Agreement and as in the future passed, enacted, directed, or amended), transportation and employment, collectively, (“Standards,”) and 2) conduct all operations in a manner to ensure the safety of all personnel, the general public, and the protection of the environment and so as to avoid the risk of injury, death, loss, theft, or damage by accident, vandalism, sabotage, or any other means. In cases where one or more conflicting Standards may be applicable, the Contractor shall comply with the most stringent applicable Standard.
17.3 The Contractor warrants that it has not offered or given and will not offer or give to the Company or its Affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, trustees, successors or assigns (“Purchasing Parties”) any gratuity, or any kickback within the meaning of the Anti-Kickback Act of 1986 in order to secure any business from or influence the Purchasing Parties with respect to the terms, conditions or performance of any contract with or purchase from the Company or its Affiliates.
17.4 The Contractor shall, in connection with anything provided by the Contractor hereunder, comply with Company’s Diversity Program requirements. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. You shall:
(a) in the event you also provide DDNS services, comply with RFC 2136 standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization; and
(b) comply with all relevant laws and regulations;
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. Lessee shall comply with and conform to all laws, regulations, ordinances, rules and orders of any governmental entity relating to the possession, transportation, use, maintenance and repair of the Equipment, including but not limited to, all OSHA laws and regulations. Lessee shall also comply with all applicable ANSI Standards. Lessee agrees to assume full responsibility for, and to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, shall indemnify, defend and save Lessor harmless against actual or asserted violations thereof, including all losses, damages, expenses, fines, forfeitures, seizures, confiscations, and penalties arising out of any such laws and regulations.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. (a) You must carry out the Work in a professional manner and:
(i) in a manner that ensures the safety of persons and property; and
(ii) in accordance with all laws, codes and standards, and our lawful requirements or policies, applicable to the provision of the Work, including occupational, health and safety laws and standards, environmental laws and notices from the Environment Protection Authority or other regulatory body.
(b) You must use your best endeavours to have systems, equipment and/or procedures in place to minimise environmental impacts and immediately rectify any breach of any standard or procedure to our satisfaction.
(c) You must ensure that any information or representation provided by you about your environmental practices in any application document relating to the Work is accurate and you comply with any such practices in the performance of this Agreement.
(d) You must not do or fail to do anything that may damage or bring into disrepute, or attract public or media attention which may be detrimental to, our or the Victorian Government’s reputation or messages.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. The Customer shall comply with and conform to all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, rules and orders of any governmental entity including but not limited to OSHA laws and regulations and shall comply with all applicable ANSI Standards. Customer shall indemnify, defend and save Maxim harmless against actual or asserted violations thereof while the Equipment is under the Customer’s possession, control and supervision.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. Without limiting any of its obligations under this Agreement, the Operator must comply with all requirements of any Law or Standards from time to time applicable to its operations.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. A. Seller represents and warrants that: (i) it is a legal entity duly organized and in good standing under the laws of the state (or other governmental entity) of its organization, with full capacity to sue and to be sued; (ii) it is authorized to enter into and be bound by the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) neither this Agreement nor Seller’s performance hereof shall be a violation of applicable law or the terms of any material contract, instrument or agreement to which Seller is subject.
B. Seller represents and warrants that the Seller Parties (i) shall comply with all applicable laws and local government regulations, including but not limited to laws and regulations regarding alcoholic beverages, labor, child labor, minimum wage, living conditions, overtime, working conditions, and the environment, and (ii) shall not use forced prison labor or the labor of children under the age of 14. Seller further agrees to comply with the Vendor Code of Conduct set forth in the Supplier Handbook, as it may be amended from time to time.
C. Supplier acknowledges and agrees, for purposes of 21 C.F.R. §1.500, that at the time of delivery into the United States, Supplier was the

Seller agrees to provide such information as Buyer may reasonably request to enable Buyer to comply, and to facilitate Buyer’s compliance, with applicable federal, state, and local statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, orders, and other imperatives (collectively, “Requirements”). Xxxxxx further agrees to comply with such rules as may be promulgated by Buyer with respect to such Requirements. Seller warrants, now and as of the time of each shipment of Goods hereunder, that such information as it shall provide to Buyer under this Section shall be true, accurate, and complete in all material respects.
E. Xxxxxx agrees to notify Buyer, in writing, of any Goods that contain a chemical listed by the State of California pursuant to Proposition 65 that is not exempt from the warning requirement under Section 25249.10, and such notice shall include: the product name; the listed chemical(s); and the warning statement that Seller shall provide with such Goods.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND STANDARDS. Supplier shall comply with, and the articles furnished under the Purchase Order shall be produced in compliance with and conform to, all applicable laws and governmental regulations, rules and requirements pertaining to the production, sale or delivery of the articles and the performance of the Purchase Order. Supplier warrants that articles furnished under the Purchase Order shall comply with any industry standards, codes or requirements identified on any drawings referenced on the face of the Purchase Order, and that any articles furnished for use as a component of any ice machine or other product to be manufactured by Buyer shall (a) contain less than the concentration thresholds for the metals and compounds identified in EU Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in EEE (RoHS), as such Directive is amended and implemented in each of the EU member countries (the “RoHS Directive”), (b) comply with the standards and requirements set by the RoHS Directive and by EU Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), as amended and implemented in each of the EU member countries, and (c) comply with all requirements of Underwriters Laboratories, Canadian Underwriters Laboratories, the National Sanitation Foundation, and the Canadian Standards Association, as applicable to articles used as components in any ice machine or other product for which Buyer has purchased such article.
