FACILITATIVE PROVISIONS. 4.1 Part B of this Agreement contains facilitative provisions which allow agreement between the Employer and employees on how specific employment conditions are to apply at the workplace or section or sections of it. 4.2 The facilitative provisions are identified below. They establish both the standard conditions and the framework within which agreement can be reached as to how the particular employment conditions should be applied in practice.
