d. Shared access to Covered State (Xxxxxx’s Stage) (BL001017) at Fanning Springs;
e. Canoe Racks at Manatee Springs;
f. Space on East side of Concession Bldg. (BL05003) at Manatee Springs for equipment storage;
g. Shared access to Canoe/Kayak launch area at Manatee Springs;
h. Shared access to Canoe/Kayak launch area at Fanning Springs;
i. Stove and refrigerator located in the Conference Building (BL#001000) at Fanning Springs.
j. Tables and chairs located in the Conference Building (BL#001000) at Fanning Springs. Respondents should include in their Proposal any additional facilities, space and equipment they’re seeking to use for the visitor service operation. .

d. Space in the lower use area for installation of a visitor center (Cruise Ticket Booth) Respondents should include in their Proposal any additional facilities, space and equipment they’re seeking to use for the visitor service operation.

b. Tour Boat Landing;
c. Approximately one acre of land at the Eagles View Equestrian area;
d. Approximately one quarter acre of land at the Eagles View Equestrian area;
e. Shed located at the Equestrian Use area;
f. Space for an outdoor storage shed adjacent to the River Store Building;
g. Space for a food and beverage garden adjacent to the River Store Building;
h. Space for storage of recreation equipment;
i. Shared use of a boat launch area;
j. Shared use of dock space at Trapper Xxxxxx Interpretive Site;
k. Space for vending machines;
l. Space adjacent to picnic area;
m. Space at the stop camp for storage;
n. Space located at Camp Xxxxxx for concession operations; and
o. Elevated platform located at Camp Xxxxxx. Respondents should include in their Proposal any additional facilities, space and equipment they’re seeking to use for the visitor service operation.

e. Shared access to Canoe/Kayak launch area. Respondents should include in their Proposal any additional facilities, space and equipment they’re seeking to use for the visitor service operation. .

The remaining 250 feet of beach is set aside for Park visitors. Respondents should include in their Proposal any additional facilities, space and equipment they’re seeking to use for the visitor service operation.
