Telephone/Internet. Princeton University will act as the Contractor’s ISP. Princeton University will provide the Contractor an external customer network as described on Princeton University’s web site at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/external-customer-networks.html. The Contractor will be given a range of IP addresses that can be used for this purpose. The Contractor shall provide all devices and IT expertise to install and maintain service for it and its Subcontractors unless otherwise specified by Princeton University. The Contractor shall also comply with Princeton University and industry best practices regarding IT security so as to prevent malicious/viral content residing on the Contractor’s/Subcontractor’s devices from entering Princeton University’s domain.
Telephone/Internet. Landlord shall provide an empty conduit and pull-string for telephone and internet from the main utility room to the boundary of the Premises per Xxxxxxxx’s plans. Landlord will provide the main telephone backboard for the building. Tenant shall be responsible for all telephone and internet cabling from the main telephone backboard into and throughout the Premises. Communication for data and phone is provided by with a max speed of 500/500. Cable is not available and is exempt from Landlord provisions.

Tenant is responsible for securing Tenant's networks against intrusion through use of encrypted/password-protected wireless connections. Tenant may use Landlord's conduit and fiber, provided that Tenant's use is not higher than would normally be expected for an operation of its type.
