Common use of Facility Employees Only Clause in Contracts

Facility Employees Only. Except when application of this Article is waived by mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer, if, in the course of a posted schedule, the Employer changes an Employee's scheduled shift, but not their scheduled days off, they shall be paid at the rate of two times (2X) their Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked during the first (1st) shift of the changed schedule, unless fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice of such change has been given.
