Where available. SBC-13STATE will afford CLEC’s End Users the ability to make 911 calls. CLEC shall be responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable 911 fees and surcharges on a per line basis to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) or other Governmental Authority responsible for collection of such fees and surcharges. When requested by SBC-13STATE, CLEC shall provide SBC- 13STATE with accurate and complete information regarding CLEC’s End User(s) in a format and time frame prescribed by SBC-13STATE for purposes of E911 administration.
Where available the Employer shall permit a Union Representative to access and utilize the internal electronic mail system. Such use shall be for sending notices of meetings and other such notices from one (1) site to another for purposes of posting on the site bulletin board. The Union shall provide copies of such notices to the Employer for approval prior to placement on the Employer’s internal electronic mail system.
Where available. DCS shall perform optical to electrical conversion where the underlying equipment used to provide DCS contains optical interfaces or terminations (e.g., Optical Carrier level 3, i.e., OC-3, interfaces on a DCS 3/1).
Where available. Starlink specific and unique LCCs are programmed in each BellSouth end office switch where Starlink intends to serve End Users with customized OCP/DA branding. The LCCs specifically identify Starlink’s End Users so OCP/DA calls can be routed over the appropriate trunk group to the requested OCP/DA platform. Additional LCCs are required in each end office if the end office serves multiple NPAs (i.e., a unique LCC is required per NPA), and/or if the end office switch serves multiple rate areas and Starlink intends to provide Starlink -branded OCP/DA to its End Users in these multiple rate areas.
Where available the U S WEST central office shall provide intraoffice diversity between the SPOIs and the U S WEST STPs, so that no single failure of intraoffice facilities or equipment shall cause the failure of both D-links in a layer connecting to U S WEST's STPs.
Where available. Azul Tel specific and unique LLCs are programmed in each BellSouth end office switch where Azul Tel intends to service end users with customized OCP/DA branding. The LCCs specifically identify Azul Tel's end users so OCP/DA calls can be routed over the appropriate trunk group to the requested OCP/DA platform. Additional line class codes are required in each end office if the end office serves multiple NPAs (i.e., a unique LCC is required per NPA), and/or if the end office switch serves multiple rate areas and Azul Tel intends to provide Azul Tel-branded OCP/DA to its end users in these multiple rate areas.
Where available. DCS shall provide SONET to asynchronous gateway functionality (e.g., STS-1 to DS-1 or STS-1 to DS-3).

In the areas served by SBC MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE, any 911 fees or surcharges associated with Resale accounts shall be included by SBC MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE on CLEC’s invoice and CLEC agrees to pay Ameritech all such fees and surcharges. SBC MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE shall then be responsible for submitting or retaining such fees and surcharges in accordance with the approriate 911 cost recovery plan applicable to the local jurisdiction.
Where available. Southern Digital specific and unique LCCs are programmed in each BellSouth end office switch where Southern Digital intends to serve End Users with customized OCP/DA branding. The LCCs specifically identify Southern Digital’s End Users so OCP/DA calls can be routed over the appropriate trunk group to the requested OCP/DA platform. Additional LCCs are required in each end office if the end office serves multiple NPAs (i.e., a unique LCC is required per NPA), and/or if the end office switch serves multiple rate areas and Southern Digital intends to provide Southern Digital -branded OCP/DA to its End Users in these multiple rate areas.
Where available. Sprint shall furnish passenger elevator service as necessary to reach the Collocated Space or common areas to which CLEC has access pursuant to the terms of this Attachment V 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Where available, freight elevator service when used by CLEC's contractors, employees or agents shall be provided at times reasonably satisfactory to Sprint.
