Fail to Fulfill Duties. Fail to fulfill duties or conditions described in Section 4.1 (including any subsection) to the reasonable satisfaction of the Athletic Director. If Coach is determined to be involved in any ofthe activities or arrangements contemplated by this Section 4.2 (including any subsection), without Coach, unless set forth above, having obtained prior, written consent of the Athletic Director, the University may at its sole discretion, (a) suspend Coach, with or without compensation, upon terms set forth by the Athletic Director, pending a final decision about the matter and/or (b) terminate Coach's employment relationship for cause pursuant to Section 6.0 of this Agreement. This section is intended to give the University the widest discretion permitted by applicable law (including constitutional and statutory provisions) to prohibit the conduct described in Sections 4.2.1 through 4.2.11 of this Agreement.
