Payment Due Date Unless City notifies the Contractor that a dispute exists, Payment shall be made within [Enter number of days, generally ≥ 30] calendar days, measured from (1) the delivery of goods and/or the rendering of services or (2) the date of receipt of the invoice, whichever is later. Payment is deemed to be made on the date on which City has issued a check to Contractor or, if Contractor has agreed to electronic payment, the date on which City has posted electronic payment to Contractor.
Quarterly Payments The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.
Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges Borrower will pay each Periodic Payment when due. Borrower will also pay any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note, and any other amounts due under this Security Instrument. Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument must be made in U.S. currency. If any check or other instrument received by Lender as payment under the Note or this Security Instrument is returned to Lender unpaid, Lender may require that any or all subsequent payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument be made in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check, or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (d) Electronic Fund Transfer. Payments are deemed received by Lender when received at the location designated in the Note or at such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 16. Lender may accept or return any Partial Payments in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 2. Any offset or claim that Borrower may have now or in the future against Lender will not relieve Borrower from making the full amount of all payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument.
Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.
Due Date All fees contemplated under Section 3(a) above and reimbursement for all expenses contemplated under Section 3(b) above are due and payable within ten (10) days of receipt of an invoice provided by GFS. Any fees or reimbursements due hereunder not received by its due date may be assessed interest at the maximum amount permitted by law.
Payment of default interest on overdue amounts The Borrower shall pay interest in accordance with the following provisions of this Clause 7 on any amount payable by the Borrower under any Finance Document which the Agent, the Security Trustee or the other designated payee does not receive on or before the relevant date, that is: (a) the date on which the Finance Documents provide that such amount is due for payment; or (b) if a Finance Document provides that such amount is payable on demand, the date on which the demand is served; or (c) if such amount has become immediately due and payable under Clause 19.4, the date on which it became immediately due and payable.
Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.
Late Payment Charges If any undisputed amount due on a billing statement is not received by the billing Party by the Bill Due Date, the billing Party shall calculate and assess, and the billed Party agrees to pay, a late payment charge on the past due balance equal to one and one-half (1 ½%) percent per month or the highest rate of interest that may be charged under Applicable Law, compounded daily, for the number of days from the Bill Date until the date on which such payment is made. Such late payment charges shall be included on the billing Party’s next statement to the billed Party.
Payment Due Payment for services provided by BellSouth, including disputed charges, is due on or before the next xxxx date. Information required to apply payments must accompany the payment. The information must notify BellSouth of Billing Account Numbers (BAN) paid; invoices paid and the amount to be applied to each BAN and invoice (Remittance Information). Payment is considered to have been made when the payment and Remittance Information are received by BellSouth. If the Remittance Information is not received with payment, BellSouth will be unable to apply amounts paid to Freedom’s accounts. In such event, BellSouth shall hold such funds until the Remittance Information is received. If BellSouth does not receive the Remittance Information by the payment due date for any account(s), late payment charges shall apply.
Interest on Overdue Payments (a) If the User fails to pay an invoice by the Due Date, the User must, if required by the Service Provider, pay the Service Provider interest on any amount outstanding. (b) Interest will be calculated from the Due Date to the actual date of payment (both inclusive) at an annual percentage rate equal to the aggregate of: (i) the corporate overdraft reference rate (monthly charging cycle) applied by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Bank) as at the Due Date (or if the Bank ceases to quote such a rate, then the rate which in the opinion of the Bank is equivalent to such rate in respect of similar overdraft accommodation) expressed as a percentage; plus (ii) 2 per cent per annum.
