Failure to Ratify. If either party shall refuse to ratify the agreement reached by the negotiating teams, the rejecting party shall state in writing to the other party the reasons for its rejection. Said notification of failure to ratify shall result in prompt resumption of negotiations by the teams. When both teams approve the negotiated agreement or amendment(s) thereto, the same shall be resubmitted for ratification. Upon receipt of notice of ratification by the Association, the Board shall at its next official meeting take action.
Failure to Ratify. If this Agreement is not ratified and executed by the parties in accordance with section
2.1 on or before December 31, 2019, this Agreement and the Physician Master Subsidiary Agreements will be null and void and will not be used by any party in any proceeding or in any other way.
Failure to Ratify. The restriction on the disposition of the Lands under 11.1(a) will not apply where the Final Agreement is not ratified by the Parties or Canada, or the Final Agreement is not approved, given effect, declared valid and given the force of law under federal and provincial law.
Failure to Ratify. If no agreement regarding compensation has been reached by the parties on or before June 10, the board of trustees, at a meeting held no later than June 20, shall establish compensation for professional employees for the ensuing school year as it deems appropriate, provided however, that such compensation shall reflect the last best good faith offer proposed by the board during negotiations.
Failure to Ratify. In the event that a governing body of any RCS Party or Associate fails to ratify and execute this Agreement or any subsequent amendments that are adopted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, such RCS Party or Associate may, at the discretion of the Program Manager/Xxxxxxxxxx County, be restricted or suspended from using the RCS until such time as approval and/or ratification is obtained.
Failure to Ratify. In the event that the Ratification Documents are not ratified by WDFN in accordance with the Governance Agreement, the Parties will meet to discuss the results of the vote.
Failure to Ratify. If a Treaty is not concluded, sections 8.2 and 8.3 will cease to apply on the date on which the Halalt First Nation formally withdraws from the Treaty negotiation process and its withdrawal is accepted and confirmed in writing by the British Columbia Treaty Commission.

Failure to Ratify. The Suspension Agreement will cease to be effective in the event the membership fails to ratify the 2023 CBA and TVA, in which case the parties shall revert to the 2020 Codified Basic and Television Agreements.
Failure to Ratify. If this Agreement is not ratified by both the Government and the BCMA in accordance with section 2.1 on or before May 31, 2006, this Agreement will be null and void and will not be used by any party in any proceeding or in any other way.
