Fairness and Timeliness. Disciplinary actions must be consistent with applicable laws, regulations, policy, and accepted practice within the Agency. If the Agency believes that disciplinary or adverse action is necessary, such action will be initiated in a timely manner after the Agency completes its investigation of the alleged misconduct. Discipline is not intended to harass employees; rather it is intended to be a corrective measure.
Fairness and Timeliness. Disciplinary actions must be consistent with applicable laws, government wide regulations in existence at the time of this agreement, and this agreement. If the Agency believes that misconduct has occurred, an investigation may be completed prior to any disciplinary action being taken. After completion of an investigation if one is conducted and, if it is determined that disciplinary action is warranted, such action will be initiated in a timely manner after completion of the investigation (Refer to Section 7 of this article). Discipline will be applied fairly and equitably and will not be used to harass employees. The proposing official will not act as the deciding official. The deciding official may be at a higher level of management than the proposing official.
Fairness and Timeliness. The parties recognize that at times it is necessary to take disciplinary action in order to correct conduct problems and for such cause as will promote the efficiency of the service. The Employer agrees to apply discipline fairly and equitably and not to use discipline to harass Employees. Disciplinary investigations will be conducted fairly and impartially, and a reasonable effort will be made to reconcile conflicting statements by developing additional evidence. Dissatisfaction regarding the timeliness of a disciplinary action can be grieved through the negotiated grievance procedure.

  • Manufacturer's Recommendations All work or materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and requirements.   • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.
