Fall Cleanup. During fall cleanup, any stakes, netting, plastic materials, tomato cages, watering cans, etc. must be removed from all plots. All plants and weeds must be completely removed. This does not include perennial plants or winter crops. Failure to do so will result in possible fines and/or penalties.
Fall Cleanup. During Fall cleanup, any stakes, trellising, netting, fencing, plastic materials, tomato cages, watering cans, etc., must be removed from all gardening plots by the Plot Owner. All plants and weeds must also be completely removed. Please note that a well-maintained garden plot is a condition to being invited to renew your membership for future seasons.
Fall Cleanup. Leaf Removal: Leaf removal will occur once initially in October or November with one major clean up to complete the process no later than December 15th, weather permitting.
Fall Cleanup. The Contractor shall begin fall cleanup by mid-October and complete it after all the leaves have fallen off the deciduous trees, but no later than December 15th of each year during the contract term. This cleanup shall include at minimum removal of leaves and debris from all lawn and exterior plants and planting areas and edging of sidewalks and flower beds on a monthly basis;
Fall Cleanup. Fall cleanup will commence during fall leaf drop. Cut back dead perennials and rake and remove dead stocks. Leaves shall be vacuumed in lawn areas and removed in ornamental beds and disposed of offsite.
Fall Cleanup. November 1st through Monday before Thanksgiving. During this period all decorations are removed and the cemetery grounds are prepared for the winter season. Please remove all decorations before November 1st or they will be discarded. (Monday before Thanksgiving through March 1st) ⮚ All winter decorations must be removed after the growing season. ⮚ Christmas wreaths may be a maximum of 24 inches and may either be placed in the 24 inch area in front of the monument or secured to the monument. ⮚ Artificial flowers and/or evergreen boughs in boxes or pots may be placed in the 24 inch area in front of the monument. Spring Cleanup: March 1st through May 15th. During this period all fall and winter decorations are removed and the grounds are prepared for the spring season. Please refrain from placing any new decorations during this time frame as all decorations will be discarded.

  • Cleanup Awarded vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by TIPS Member. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition.

  • Environmental Clearances The Authority represents and warrants that the environmental clearances required for construction of the Project shall be procured by the Authority prior to the date of issue of LOA. For the avoidance of doubt, the present status of environmental clearances is specified in Schedule-A.9

  • Remedial Action A. If a represented individual has worked more than one thousand fifty (1,050) hours in the twelve (12) month period from the individual’s original date of hire, the represented individual may request remedial action from the State Human Resources Director in accordance with WAC 357-49. Following the Director’s review of the remedial action request, an individual may file exceptions to the Director’s decision in accordance with WAC 357. B. Remedial action is not subject to the provisions of the grievance procedure specified in Section 5.12, below.

  • Clean-Up Period Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, during the period commencing on the closing date of any Permitted Acquisition or Investment and ending on the date 30 days thereafter (the “Clean Up Period”) (a) any breach or default of any representation or warranty under Article V or any other Loan Document or a covenant under this Agreement or any other Loan Document or (b) any Event of Default, will be deemed not to be a breach of representation or warranty or covenant or an Event of Default (as the case may be) if (i) it would have been (if it were not for this Section 8.05) a breach or default of any representation or warranty or covenant or an Event of Default only by reason of circumstances relating exclusively to the target, the target group or the property and assets of another Person or assets constituting a business unit, line of business or division of such Person in connection with such Permitted Acquisition or Investment (or any obligation to procure or ensure in relation to such target, target group or the property and assets or business unit, line of business or division); (ii) it is capable of remedy and reasonable steps are being taken to remedy it; (iii) the circumstances giving rise to it have not been procured by or approved by the Borrower; and (iv) it would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. If the relevant circumstances are continuing on or after the date immediately following the end of the Clean Up Period, there shall be a breach of representation or warranty, breach of covenant or Event of Default, as the case may be, notwithstanding the above (and without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the Lenders as set forth in Section 8.02 hereof).

  • Remediation The Charter School shall provide remediation in required cases pursuant to State Board of Education Rule 160-4-5-.01 and No Child Left Behind, subject to any amendment, waiver or reauthorization thereof

  • Responsibility for Environmental Contamination 5.20.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard that either Party did not introduce to the affected Work Location. Both Parties shall defend and hold harmless the other, its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or result from (i) any Environmental Hazard that the Indemnifying Party, its contractors or agents introduce to the Work Locations or (ii) the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard for which the Indemnifying Party is responsible under Applicable Law. 5.20.2 In the event any suspect materials within Qwest-owned, operated or leased facilities are identified to be asbestos containing, CLEC will ensure that to the extent any activities which it undertakes in the facility disturb such suspect materials, such CLEC activities will be in accordance with applicable local, state and federal environmental and health and safety statutes and regulations. Except for abatement activities undertaken by CLEC or equipment placement activities that result in the generation of asbestos-containing material, CLEC does not have any responsibility for managing, nor is it the owner of, nor does it have any liability for, or in connection with, any asbestos-containing material. Qwest agrees to immediately notify CLEC if Qwest undertakes any asbestos control or asbestos abatement activities that potentially could affect CLEC personnel, equipment or operations, including, but not limited to, contamination of equipment.

  • Tax Clearance The STATE may, at its discretion, require the CONTRACTOR to submit to the STATE, prior to the STATE'S approval of any modification, alteration, amendment, change, or extension of any term, provision, or condition of this Contract, a tax clearance from the Director of Taxation, State of Hawaii, and the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Department of Treasury, showing that all delinquent taxes, if any, levied or accrued under state law and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, against the CONTRACTOR have been paid.

  • HSR Clearance Any waiting period (and any extension thereof) under the HSR Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder applicable to the transactions contemplated hereby, shall have expired or been terminated.

  • Remedial Actions In the event of Recipient’s noncompliance with section 603 of the Act, other applicable laws, Treasury’s implementing regulations, guidance, or any reporting or other program requirements, Treasury may impose additional conditions on the receipt of a subsequent tranche of future award funds, if any, or take other available remedies as set forth in 2 C.F.R. § 200.339. In the case of a violation of section 603(c) of the Act regarding the use of funds, previous payments shall be subject to recoupment as provided in section 603(e) of the Act. Hatch Act. Recipient agrees to comply, as applicable, with requirements of the Hatch Act (5 False Statements. Recipient understands that making false statements or claims in connection with this award is a violation of federal law and may result in criminal, civil, or administrative sanctions, including fines, imprisonment, civil damages and penalties, debarment from participating in federal awards or contracts, and/or any other remedy available by law.

  • Environmental Studies Promptly conduct and complete, at Borrower’s expense, all such investigations, studies, samplings and testings as may be requested by Lender or any governmental authority relative to any substance, or any waste or by-product of any substance defined as toxic or a hazardous substance under applicable federal, state, or local law, rule, regulation, order or directive, at or affecting any property or any facility owned, leased or used by Borrower.
