False Arrest Insurance. The Employer will provide for the employees’ false arrest insurance with the Michigan Municipal Risk.
False Arrest Insurance. The employer will continue to provide the "False Arrest Insurance" in effect to date providing said False Arrest Insurance specifically states "Police Officer” in the policy.
