FALSE ARREST/NEGLIGENCE INSURANCE. The Employer agrees to provide false arrest and negligence protection insurance, as provided by a standard policy, in an amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per person and Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) per incident. In lieu of purchasing a false arrest and negligence protection insurance policy, the Employer may provide the same level of benefits through self insurance.
