Familiarization. The successful candidate moving to an equal paid or higher paid position within the bargaining unit will be placed on a trial period of up to one week. During that time, either the Company or the employee may terminate the trial period, in which case the employee will be returned to their previous position and wage rate. The one week period may be extended by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union.
