Family and Medical Leaves. Family and medical leaves will be granted and enforced in accordance with the applicable federal Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) and the Oregon Family Leave Act (“OFLA”), and Medical Center policy. A. Employees must utilize any accrued but unused PTO that the employee is eligible to use, provided, however, that an employee may retain two times (2x) their current weekly FTE for all leaves of absences in his or her PTO bank.
