Family Leave (FMLA). The Employer will grant family medical leave consistent with state and federal laws and the provisions set forth in this agreement. Employees are eligible for family medical leave upon completion of one (1) year of employment with the Employer and have worked at least 1250 hours during the prior twelve (12) months. Eligible employees will be provided family medical leave for any one, or a combination, of the following reasons:
